Can I buy land in Kenya if I live abroad? +

How much does it cost to register a company in Kenya? +

What is stamp duty and who pays it? +

Stamp duty is a government tax on property transfers in Kenya, paid to the Kenya Revenue Authority. The rate is 2% for properties outside Nairobi and 4% for properties within Nairobi, calculated on the market value. By law, stamp duty is payable by the buyer.

What happens if I've already signed a fraudulent agreement? +
